In the weeks following their last Unity Quest, the Mane 6 begin to piece together that Allura still may be a threat, just in time for them to go on their next adventure... an out-of-this-world adventure at that.

This time, they make new friends in the Muppets gang for an all-new, zany comedy in hopes of helping the Great Gonzo figure out the mysteries of his past... only to discover Gonzo's relatives are aliens on a faraway planet!

Gonzo gets a message through his breakfast cereal that his relatives are searching for him, but word gets out on Miss Piggy's talk show, UFO Mania, and an evil government agent captures Gonzo and Misty (who understands how he feels) and will go to great lengths to learn when the extraterrestrials will arrive.

Now, only the Muppets and their new Equestrian friends, led by Sunny and Kermit, will be able to rescue their friends and make it safe for Gonzo to reunite with his alien family!

However, this seemingly cartoonish journey takes a dark turn when they meet Robyn Starling, an orphan forced to live with her greedy, wicked guardian; Aunt Fig. 50 years of feuding will be put aside as Tom and Jerry along with the Main 6 and Spike all must team up to rescue Robyn and reunite her with her long, lost father.

A year has passed since the wedding incident, and the passing of Ponyvilles once beloved librarian/ element of magic. Shining armor, now the prince of the Crystal empire and the captain of the Crystal guards, is struggling to forgive himself over the events last year at the hands of his corrupted sister. With his parents continuous hatred towards their son, he begins to wonder if he can truly redeem himself over his past actions and earn back his parents love.

Side note: Shining armor will be the main focus of the sequel, Applejack and the others will make some appearances here or there though and have their moments as well.

On Earth, Lance Corporal David Beckett of the USMC, a devoted husband and expectant father, just wants to survive his tour of duty in the Israeli/Syrian War and get home. Unfortunately, it won't be that simple.

Team Yankee is an armor-heavy company, or 'team', composed mainly of M1 Abrams tanks. Their parent unit, the 1st Battalion of the 4th Armored, is stationed in southern Germany to help defend against possible Soviet attacks. Under the command of Captain Sean Bannon, the team is quickly placed on the border during a period of high tensions with the Warsaw Pact during the late 1980's. Though there is nothing special about this particular team, they will quickly find themselves in a very unique situation.

One day, while Danny was in his parents' lab, a freak accident occurs with the Fenton Portal that ends up sending him to Equestria. Not only that, but he's a pony too. Now, he must find a way home while helping Twilight and her friends out, battle ghosts, and keep ponies from finding out about his superhero identity at the same time.
