Note: This is a comedy, but there are some sharp edges hiding in there. A friendship lesson is learned that probably couldn't be done on the show. Think of it as whipped cream with knives. Be warned.

This story is a sequel to Misconception

After the events of Misconception, Rarity has decided to reject Applejack, fearing a rocky and confusing relationship, over a "smoother" relationship with Spike. AJ, still desperate for the love of the unicorn she's wanted for so long, decides to make a brave move and call upon the help of the pony who started the entire mess in the first place: Rarity's father, Magnum.

Then, finally, Rarity's decision will be made clear. Right?

Some would say that marriage should only be between two that love each other, but what if you feel anything but love for the one you are to be wed with? That you are only doing it not just for your country but for your mother.
