It's been over a year since the 'Baked Bads' incident, and nopony trusts Sugarcube Corner's Muffins anymore. As a result, The Cakes have decided it's time to stop making muffins. However, When Pinkie Pie Insults the name of muffins in front of Ditzy 'Derpy Hooves' Doo, The wall-eyed pegasus sets up her own bakery. Now the race is on to see who's product is the most popular, with both of their livelihoods on the line!

Gabby goes to a boarding school in the middle of wheat fields. She enjoys the school life there and meets another new girl in the dorm. Gabby assumes she is a brony because of the way she acts and dresses like one of the characters in the show. Lyra Heartstrings is that background pony from Equestria.

Screw Loose had always been...different. When other foals wanted to sleep, she always wanted to play and have fun. Some ponies had always said she could compete with Pinkie Pie in terms of randomness. Receiving your Cutie Mark is seen as fate handing you your new life. But for Screw Loose, cruel fate has taken instead of given.

The Griffin empire has gone too far this time. I mean, they can't even spell their own name in the proper Equestrian way! Frustrated with treaties and negotiations that go nowhere, Princess Celestia decides to blow off a little steam the only way she knows how -- bashing in her plates with her sister.
