(Storyline has been edited as going along) When Diamond Tiara was a foal, her mother left due to her father's wealth and stinginess. When she's a filly, she finds out the hard way. Silver Spoon is forced to move to Canterlot and her father abandons her one night and needs refuge. She is taken in by Fluttershy, who reminds her of her mother. Then she is properly introduced to the rest of the Mane 6. Will she make up with the Crusaders? Will her future ever be fixed?

What a beautiful morning. The sun is shining, the air is crisp and fresh, nothing could possibly go wrong. Good morning Twilight, good morning elephant. Oh what a day to be alive...

Twilight, look out! There's a huge elephant right behind you! Oh my gosh, it's destroying the library! Now it's going into town! Twilight do something! Wait, why are you smiling? Why aren't you doing anything?!

After yet another failed attempt at getting their cutie marks, the Cutie Mark Crusaders decide it might be time to change their approach. The arrival of Discord seems to be the perfect opportunity to put their new plan into action. But they quickly learn that even a small favor from Discord can yield some very unexpected results. They'll need all the help they can get to fix this mess.

This story takes place between the events of "Princess Twilight Sparkle" and "Twilight Time".
