This story is a sequel to Spike's Journal

(NOTE: Reading the story above is not required to enjoy the story, but I'd suggest you read it anyway.)

Spike's finally gotten a new journal, but things aren't looking so good. Chaos spirits, hyperactive fillies, mares with issues, puberty...that's not even the top of the barrel. Will he be able to survive?

Well, if anything, his written thoughts are sure to prove that being a baby dragon doesn't mean you can't work your way through life.

An observation of what Spike could have wrote in such a book, covering all 26 episodes of Season 2. Also contains some pages from the Cutie Mark Crusaders.

Now with less pop culture references, a bit more depth, and still the same old fun.

Twilight's been dissatisfied with Spike's literary skills as of late, thus casuing her to give Spike a journal. He's not amused, but what can he do?

No matter how much he dislikes the thing, it's his duty to write in it whenever something of note happens. Little does he know that some very interesting stuff is to come...

An observation of what Spike could have wrote in such a book, covering all 26 episodes of Season 1. Also contains some pages from the Cutie Mark Crusaders.

(NOTE:This story was written when I was ten, but please don't let you turn that off! I think that the sequel, Spike's Journal 2, is better, but I am proud that I was able to gain so many likes at such an age. Enjoy!)

Now has a sequel.

Writing can be a tough hobby. Sometimes a writer can try for days or weeks to find that perfect scene that the story needs. Sometimes that writer will spiral into distractions in the vain hope of finding their spark. Sometimes their muse will run off with a younger, sexier version. All of that leaves the story unloved.

In those times, the writer can choose to try something different. Something basic.

Short, unplanned practice sessions that are entirely dialogue between characters. Absolutely no other detail or narrative is given. This is an experiment in dialogue, through dialogue, because dialogue is my weakness.
Inspired by the always-amazing Table for Two by KitsuneRisu. Prompted after five hours of laying awake in bed.

It's one thing to wake up on the wrong side of the bed. It's something quite different to worry that it doesn't have a right side anymore. Stuck in an artistic rut, Rarity has to rely on an unlikely friend to understand who she is, and in doing so, discovers that what we want may not always be obvious, even to oneself.

There may or may not be an excess of hats involved, and fabulosity is guaranteed.

No really, Princess Celestia has a lot of sex. Really. Cadance's claims to the contrary are unfounded, wholly false, and her concern over the matter is entirely misplaced. There is absolutely no reason to continue discussing the matter. So let's just drop the subject completely and move on.

Please.

It happened around noon time, just before Princess Celestia had gotten dressed. Everything was just about ready, and her Highness was trying desperately to hurry the coronation along, before things might possibly go bad.

The princess had no idea how mistaken she really was. Everypony loves cake. Some, more than others, and some just can't help themselves. The alicorns, however, take it to the next level.
