An infection featured in the Ponyville newspaper indicates that there is a disease spreading (or starting to spread) across Equestria. And the terrible fate that happens to Ponyville after it is reached is darker than expected, and only can be viewed in Tombstone's memory.
But what if his memory just lied to him? What if it was just twisted and wasn't meant to be?

Well, that calls for a sequel, don't you think?

When the Bearers race forth from Ponyville on an official mission, somepony has to take over on their day jobs. For Fluttershy, that's usually Snowflake.

But he's not available right now, so today, it's going to be a Sherman tank.

Don't worry. I'm sure nopony will ever notice the difference.

However, an unexpected visitor to the town wants to leave Trixie homeless and feeding off scraps. Checker Monarch is set on ruining everything Trixie does, for reasons not yet explained. Trixie must discover new friends and must face this old danger through new eyes.
