Inspired by a random 4chan post 'Rarity is now beside you, what do?' I decided to write what my reaction would be in a slightly more realistic scenario. ( As realistic as random ponies appearing out of nowhere can be.) (PS I wrote the story as a character, not as myself specifically. It's just how I would react in that situation.)

They were all dead. The Cleaner case was wrapped up, waiting to become a part of the NYPD's police archives, a present to be delivered with an extensive obituary as the ribbon tying the box shut.

To me, too, it was over... just not in the way I had imagined.

Ponies make mistakes. They make mistakes because they have flaws. They have flaws because they're not perfect, and they're not perfect because they're not Diamond Tiara.

Humans are the same way. None of them are Diamond Tiara either. That's probably why they're all so silly and absurd. Most of them are even silly enough to believe that there's something wrong with Diamond Tiara. How crazy is that?

Of course, crazy is as crazy does. The problem is that reality does too. Every time Diamond Tiara finds some attention, she keeps getting shoved aside so someone else can soak it all up. What sort of reality lets something like that happen? Where's the fairness in a world where Diamond Tiara can be overshadowed by someone who's not Diamond Tiara? Do the forces that be just enjoy messing with her? If that's the case, they're lucky she's nice.

Inspired by the time and effort I've seen put into every story I've read on this site. Thank you to everyone for that inspiration.

The story ( while technically complete ) will be labeled as incomplete. I'm also adding a new scene and I'm thinking of adding non-canon endings but as of now, misspellings, grammar mistakes, multiple POVs, and any other areas that need fixing will be my main focus for this. Immediately following the events of the Season 2 finale, Queen Chrysalis and her Changelings disappear off into the sunset, becoming nothing more than a twinkle in the sky to any observing eye. However, they weren't just gone from Equestria. They were gone from the entire world! Somehow, they had been transported to our Earth. Queen Chrysalis, specifically, lands outside the door of a human - James - in Indianapolis, Indiana.

How will our government react to Changelings? How will James react?

In Equestria Humans are creatures that are things of legends. Stories are passed over the generations about a human that emerged from the forest over 1000 years ago. The human in these stories is an evil creature who prey on innocent ponies. But to the ponies they are just that: stories. No one really believes that story until a human shows up again. The ponies of Equestria are scared of the human but soon some warm up to his presence. After all humans have changed in 1000 years.

Magnus is the sole survivor of a colony ship headed towards Betelgeuse. The ship gets thrown off course when a huge asteroid slams into the ship, which is then pulled into a black hole.

When the ship exits on the other side, he finds himself alone and in an unfamiliar shape. His only companion, an advanced A.I named Ana keeps him slightly sane during their six thousand year voyage through unknown space in a nearly derelict ship.

Everything changes when they find a small blue planet teeming with life.
