This is a fan-made, alternative ending to AuroraDawn's "Rainbow Factory". All credit for the original story, and the source of my inspiration, goes fully to her.

This story follows a technologically intrigued pony named Colton into his adventure of escaping insanity. Colton just got a job at the lower level of the skeptical building known as the Rainbow Factory. Colton then realizes that his goal to get money for his girlfriend's operation will be harder then he thought.

After Twilight discovers a dusty old book detailing trans-dimensional portals used by denizens of ancient Equestria, she learns that one of these portals is right outside Ponyville. But something went wrong with the spell. Instead of a being from a different dimension, she summoned a pegasus who seems more confused by this than her. When she tries to send him back to where he came from, she gets hauled along for the ride. Turns out the portals match their users to the universe they are entering. How will Twilight handle being human?

Midnight likes the simple life. To be part of the background. But when he discovers something about himself that could change the life of all Equestria, how will he handle it? Will he ignore the responsibility that's thrown at him, or will he rise to the occasion?

A re imagined version of the story I have up on MidnightFlame. It has some of the same characters, and some same plot points, but it is very different. I would put it there, but that account was unfortunately hacked and is now unretrievable. This will be a longer story, just trying to polish it. Rated Teen for some romance, seperate clop chapters will be posted on my page as independent stories. If you dont read them you won't miss any story, as they will just be certain chapters I already put up with a clop scene thrown in. After GLaDOS is uploaded into a potato battery, Wheatley humiliates the AI even further by uploading her into a project that was abandoned by Aperture a long time ago. In the blink of an eye, she finds herself in a deformed body of flesh and bone that resembles an equine, and is just as powerless as one too. It comes with all of its needs and bodily functions as well. To make matters worse, she's trapped in a land full of insufferable creatures that just want to make 'friends.' Will GLaDOS' cold, sadistic sense of humor and morals get the better of the ponies? Or will they peel away the once artificial being's metallic shell and find that there's a softer side? Probably not, but it's worth a try.

Celestia is dying. Or at least it seems so. Afflicted with a curse that is destroying her very nature, she sets a plan in action.
The Bearers of the Elements of Harmony will take the throne in her wake... Not that they know that yet...

We know Twilight Sparkle as the silly little mare who didn't have any friends until she was sent to Ponyville by Princess Celestia. However, the rest of Equestria knows Twilight Sparkle as poor number 107497, a number even foals are taught to be wary of. The filly was perfectly fine, until one last taunt pushed her over the edge, into her own imagination, where she made friends; each friend a part of her mind.

Five years later, as Princess Celestia sits with her comatose student, aforementioned student moves. Both in the physical world, and slowly from her dream world as well.

Rated Teen because... well... I'm not sure, it just needs a Teen tag.
