Recently the Queen Chryalis downfall has left Equestia in a troubled state, the changelings have become good, and Chryalis is missing, but a recent meteor shower and a explosion where they landed, and Princess Celestia has sent the Princess Twilight and her friends to check it out, but what they find is more alien then magic eating bug like ponys, can they keep this a secret, or will it doom Equestria?

The scope of the multiverse is so tremendously beyond the comprehension of most beings that, if they were to truly know what it meant, they would break down and be unable to live their lives the way they wished. Most worlds are lucky to be blissfully unaware of the true picture of reality, never to encounter the higher forces and civilizations.

However, when one of those higher forces make contact with one of those unaware worlds - intentionally or not, peacefully or not - everything will change drastically. Sometimes the change is slow, sometimes rapid. Regardless of the pacing, like all change, it is both good and bad. Civilizations have risen from simple worlds overnight and have crumbled just as quickly. Many can't handle the revelation, and those that can are not always the best examples of honor and dignity.

It is often said that each world - each universe - has a Song, and that all these Songs are related, intertwining together in a mesh of powerful destiny among the Spheres of the multiverse.

This is the story of how a certain world inhabited by Technicolor ponies found their Song and how it interwove itself in the Songs of so many others.

This is a story of finding meaning in infinite possibility.

This is a mega-crossover project of immense proportions covering dozens of fandoms. However, it is written in such a way that no previous knowledge of any of them - not even the ponies - will be required. The only warning is that there will be spoilers for any franchise you haven't seen.

It was supposed to be an easy summer for Fluttershy. Spend the summer learning how to ride around in an ambulance so that she can get the extra credit needed to get to veterinary school early. Something not too difficult that she could get some life experience with

Yet this will be a summer she will never be able to forgets. Instead of simply riding around in an ambulance, she gets sucked into a reality of mechanical aliens, robots in disguise and a war between two factions that has gone on longer than any human or pony has been alive.

And then there's Ratchet. He's a jerk.

Ratchet and the other transformers will be based on their WfC, FoC and Transformers Prime counterparts.

The gods must have a strange sense of humor. Without even bothering to consult me, they sent me from Earth to Equestria, and changed me into a Spirit with no identity of my own. In order to find out who, and what I am, I'll have to meet with a cast of crazy ponies, but will end up finding my place in the multiverse.
(In later chapters will contain light M/M shipping, so if you don't like that kind of thing, don't read it.)

Due to overpopulation, Princess Celestia has decided to start putting forth an effort to find a new place to call home. She has called upon five ponies to go out and venture into an unknown world. Under the command of one pony, the entire team coordinates to find what lies beyond the portal and if their population can survive in the unique climate.

The world has suffered for too long. Under the iron grasp of the Tyrant they suffer. None who have tried to stand against him have succeeded. So long have the ponies wallowed in despair that they have long since forgotten the joy of earning a Cutie Mark- such a thing is only known of because the Tyrant bestows them upon those who follow him. However, in this bleak world there are rumors of ponies that earned their own marks, who hide in shadow, waiting for a chance to strike at the Tyrant. There are six that are known, and rumors of a seventh. They are:

Lightning Dust, the Pegasus mare who fights for the populace, risking her neck.
Octavia Medley, the Earth mare who brings honest work to a world without.
Moondancer, the Unicorn mare who never turns away those in need.
Flutterbat, the Thestal mare who is giving underneath the scary exterior.
Screwball, the Discord Spawn who never lets the gloom get to her.
Trixie Lulamoon, the Shiftblood Unicorn mare who strives to connect to all.
and the Shadowed Stallion, who is rumored to have a mark that hasn't been seen in thousands of years, who stands for hope.

Together, they will stand and find the Elements- or die trying.

Set only a week after the banishment of Princess Luna to the moon, the realm of Equestria is in a state of upheaval. Celestia's royal guard attempt to regain control over the vast empire once ruled by dual monarchs, and the young alicorn's actions as a ruler have become a subject of scrutiny after her sister's attempted coup. Two factions have risen in the turmoil: The Knights of the Sun and The Bright Moon.

Far away from the political infighting and sword rattling exists a small mining town on the outskirts of Equestrian territory. Where once the royal guard would have no trouble fending off raids from bandits or other criminals, the panic of the capitol has caused a withdrawal of military forces to more essential cities and trading ports. Completely undefended and without a spell or sword amongst them, this town was soon overrun by a band of bi-pedal canines calling themselves the Diamond Dogs. As brutal as they are lazy, the Diamond Dogs have forced the local population to work until collapse to collect gems from the town mine.

Outraged by his inability to fend off these bandits and thieves, a young unicorn named Bone Marrow tries with all of his might to find his purpose in life - his cutie mark - and hopes that it will be enough to drive off the invaders of his home. He will soon discover that his special talent is far more than he bargained for.

Sonic, Tails, and Knuckles find themselves against Dr. Eggman once again, the scientist wanting to use the Chaos Emeralds for an unknown plan.

Unfortunately, the plan involved sending the trio to another world, which he plans to conquer as well as seek what are known as the Elements of Harmony. The fate of Equestria hangs in the balance as the heroes of both worlds must join forces against Eggman's robot army.

Can Team Sonic and the Elements foil Eggman’s latest scheme or will they fail?

A few weeks after the Friendship Games, the sirens settle into their new school lives. Waiting for them are friends old and new, acquaintances, complete strangers, and a few people they're not sure how to react to at all. The human Twilight Sparkle formally begins her studies into Friendship, with Sunset and the others there to help whenever possible. Across town, Principle Cinch makes the effort to find out exactly what her school is made of as the Shadowbolts... just kind of do stuff as normal. Nothing really changed for them, bar a few new students they'll be getting to know soon.
