Welcome to a multiverse filled with ponies, magic, technology, deities, and a truly absurd amount of references and crossovers. Just about anything goes! Anyone can write stories for this multiverse, I'm not picky in the slightest. You should probably check the group forum before doing so though.
There is a discord group where we talk about things. Links to unpublished drafts of the main story can be found there. There's also a forum on spacebattles with lots of background lore and information on the way the multiverse works, if you're curious.

I just realized that Three Hundred and Fifty is a story the League of Sweetie Belles features, but it isn’t in the folder. Is there a reason?

if it still seems like too much, you can treat it like a series and read it in thirteen-chapter chunks, as it's written in arcs.
Is it worth it to start trying to read all 1.5 million words (108 chapters) of SotS from the beginning (have not read it before)? Not sure if I can be bothered enough to try.
