Set between MLP:FiM Season 3 and 4.
Sonic, Tails, and Knuckles find themselves against Dr. Eggman once again, the scientist wanting to use the Chaos Emeralds for an unknown plan.
Unfortunately, the plan involved sending the trio to another world, which he plans to conquer as well as seek what are known as the Elements of Harmony. The fate of Equestria hangs in the balance as the heroes of both worlds must join forces against Eggman's robot army.
Can Team Sonic and the Elements foil Eggman’s latest scheme or will they fail?

Considering all the huge and complex crap he's built (The first and second Death Eggs, the Egg Carriers, several Egg Fleet ships, the classic battleships (Wing Fortress and Flying Battery), Eggmanland, the Instellar Amusement Park, (granted other times he had help from other villains like Nega, Bowser and Wily), realistically speaking, this fatass should've been bankrupt years ago
I'm starting to think that's why he's always after the emeralds, he can materialize all the resources he needs to build all his tech
8416663 Maybe it's why Eggman got a hold of the Phantom Ruby? He managed to create an army of robots to dominate the planet, unleashed a god stronger and faster than two Sonics, and most likely used said god to bring Sonic's old foes to his side.
If he can't afford his schemes, he might as well distort reality to make it so. We saw what happened the last time he was on a budget (Sonic 4: Episode 1).
If I had to guess, You're going to wait until you play forces to make a continuation of this, am I right?
