Disillusioned by the tragic events on Panchaea, Adam Jensen chooses to subsequently end everything and hope that mankind will find a solution to the augmentation debate by itself. Instead of welcoming death however, he finds himself in a strange utopian world filled with pastel-colored ponies.

A/N: Deus Ex: Equestria is written in a way that does not confuse people new to the lore too much but feels familiar with the players. This story will feature a vote at the end of several chapters that will affect the direction of the story based on Adam Jensen's actions in the world. It is divided into three categories: Combat, Stealth, and Diplomacy. Choose wisely, for it will have long-standing consequences.

The Sangheili are a saurian species of fierce, proud, strong, agile, intelligent warriors and skilled combat tacticians. They are named after their home planet, Sanghelios, and are known to Humans as Elites, due to their adeptness and skill in combat. The Sangheili formed the military backbone of the Covenant for almost the entirety of its existence, they fear very little, and take great pride in an ancient, honor-laden code.

However, this group of Spec Ops Elites, Grunt, and Kig-Yar have crashed landed in Equestria by way of a slipspace drive being detonated in the middle of the ship they were heading to, the 'Glory Upon Salvation'.

Now they have to find a way off the planet and back into space so they can continue their journey to the Blessed Path... by dropping hot plasma on human worlds.
But will they want to, when something they revere tells them otherwise?

When the GDI advanced humanity to the stars, they found that Earth had not been the only target of the alien Scrin: dozens of other worlds had already been claimed by Tiberium, and the Scrin returned in full force, attacking human colonies across space, stopping human expansion. To fight back, the GDI undergoes a reformation to become the Interstellar Defense Intiative (ISDI) and enacts the Hallman Directive, designed to stop Tiberium spread wherever it may be; such a protocol brings the reincarnated ITC Methuselah to a planet being ravaged by the green crystal, and the forces under Commander Martin Alexandra deploy to stop the threat.
