This story takes place after Twilight has become an alicorn. Celestia notices that Twilight is starting to feel the pressure of her new role. So, Princess Celestia decides to raise Twilight's spirits by bringing the Autobots to Equestria.

Chronologically, this takes place some time after Magical Mystery Cure for the MLP side. As for the Transformers' side, well it's not based on any particular continuity or story. It's really more based around MLP/TF crossovers in general. I hope you all enjoy!

As Twilight Sparkle searches through once uncharted territory, she soon discovers a mysterious race of giant metal creatures called "Autobots." Though she is thrilled to make such a tremendous discovery, Twilight soon discovers that her new friends hold a dark secret that endangers all of Equestria. With the past coming back to haunt the Autobots, Twilight must find a way to restore peace to all of Equestria, before history repeats itself and another planet falls victim to a lifelong war.

5 years after the transformers disappeared into the vortex Equestria has been in peace and harmony although all of the ponies miss Optimus Prime and his bots they are glad they would never be disturbed by the transformers war ever again.

it has not been as great for the autobots although they finally destroyed Megatron, Shockwave among other high ranking decepticons at the battle for autobot city (aka Metroplek who they managed to move to earth) the cost was to high

Optimus is dead among the hundreds of autobots including Ironhide, Ratchet, Wheeljack who died in that very battle
there has also been a new decepticon leader that had risen up and caused more chaos for the bots

his name is Galvatron

although there is hope there has been two new primes selected by the matrix of leadership
Sentinel Prime the wise brother of Optimus Prime and Ultra Magnus (used to be Sentinel Minor)
and Rodimus Prime who used to be the the hot shot autobot Hot Rod
both Primes carry one half of the matrix
the autobots have now picked up a mysterious Decepticon message from a strange being who calls himself Nemesis who tells them that he has found Equestria and has moved out to destroy the planet the bots promised and hoped to never return.
naturally the autobots wont allow this and Rodimus takes a brave squad of autobots with Ultra Magnus and Jazz as his second in commands he sets forth to help while Sentinel waits and prepares a squad in case the rescuers need the rescuing.

although Galvatron the manic he is has been monitoring the Autobots communications filled with hate and obsession for killing the autobots orders his cons to follow the autobots and destroy them and the equines once and for all.

Transformers and My Little Pony are owned by Hasbro i take no credit for anything but the story and even then i give credit to JDPrime22 for without him this story would not be.

Twilight Sparkle finds an ancient star chart which shows the location of another world, Earth, as well as a powerful teleportation spell capable of interstellar travel. Princess Celestia allows Twilight to go to the other world for exploration. However, due to the Changeling invasion during the royal wedding, the negative energies it produced also frees Discord from his stone prison, who also decides that Earth should be his new playground. Meanwhile the Autobots continue to defend Earth from Megatron, and his Decepticons; ignorant that a new player is about to release chaos upon the world. And Megatron is not about to let another would-be conqueror steal his prize. Equestria also has it's problems when Queen Chrysalis returns to Canterlot, bent on usurping Celestia and Luna.
Twilight Sparkle, and Optimus Prime must save two worlds from three powerful villains.

(This takes place at some point during the 20 year time frame between The Transformers G1 series Season 2 and Transformers: The Movie; and 1 week after the Royal Wedding in Canterlot.)

Long ago, an Autobot spacecraft crashed on Equestria, and things changed. But the implications weren't understood until many centuries later when a stolen ship crashed there as well with a ship full of Autobots and one "human" following in pursuit. Many ponies will have to learn to live a second life once they discover the truth about themselves.

Based on the Transformers Prime: Rage of the Dinobots comics and Fall of cybertron

Arc 1 summery (chapters 1-5)

After helping all the remaining Autobots escape Cybertron, the Dinobots are the last Autobots on their home planet, they must leave but when they do so an accident puts them in stasis for thousands of years, motionless until a cretin sonic rainboom wakes Grimlock up. Now the Autobots must learn to survive on this new world. however the Decepticons soon arrive and start to make problems for the ponies while keeping their existence a secret.

Arc 2 summery (chapters 6-11)
The cybertronians are no longer a secret, now they must locate the fabled Allspark, the source of all cybertronian life while battling a new enemy, Thunderwing who has a mysterious agenda of his own.

Arc 3 Summery (chapters 11-20)

Unicron has awakened, and the Autobots and ponies must work together if they have a chance of defeating him, will they succeed, or fail? The final chapters in this mind blowing story will end in a way it began.

For Centuries, the Autobots and Decepticons have been at war with each other for one reason: control of a third race of Transformers known as Minicons. A war which has now found it's way to the peaceful land of Equestria. After a freak accident involving space bridges, a group of Autobots and Decepticons; Optimus and Megatron included; find themselves in the land of Equestria. There they wage their war while the bots back home try to find a way to get them back!

The battle for Chicago ended with an unexpected twist. Ripped from Earth and thrown into an unfamiliar world, the Autobots find themselves, not only in strange surroundings, but also in strange bodies.
