The night before take you child to work day, Twilight and the other girls leave to spend time with their family's and relatives. But Spike is left alone, seeing as he is secretly the son of Celestia, and it would be pretty obvious if he showed up next to her in the court room. Celestia knows this, and arranged for a special night & day for Spike, in hopes to make up for it. "Hey Luna, How would you like to spend some time with Spike?"

Adopted by a dragon couple instead of by the Sparkle family, Spike's life was set to take a very different course indeed...

Follow him now through love, laughter, and loss as he learns his way around the realms of Avalar. And oh yes, tries not to drive his adoptive parents up the wall... too much anyways.

Canterlot High is a pretty great school to go to, thanks in no small part to the students there. However, as with any school, it has more than its fair share of odd, unexpected and just downright crazy moments. But, let it never be said that the boys and girls there can't handle some craziness in their lives. Fun, romance, excitement, the suspicious lack of any regular classes, Canterlot High has it all.

Besides, for all the ups and downs the place has, it's not as if they have a pair of nigh-immortal magical beings from another universe watching them all, right?

Right after the events of the sonic rainboom, it is decided that Spike the newly hatched dragon is to be sent to live with his own kind, but with all the negative relations with the dragons, it was bound to cause trouble, the guard tasked with the transport of the whelp decides why risk his flank, so he flies to the Everfree Forest and deposits the baby. But he is unaware that he flew over 5 little fillies who all happened to making their way to the small village at the forests edge.

They see the guard leave the poor defenseless baby in the forest, so they retrieve him, but this has its consequences. Spike who started out with no family, now has 5 mommies.

Barb spends most of her time around boys. Because of this, she’s considered more of a tomboy than a lady. Some ponies don’t like this kind of behavior from her, which upsets the baby dragon. After seeing the majestic dragons in the dragon migration, Barb sets out on a question to see what it’s like to be a true dragoness. Little does she know, she getting more than she bargained for.

Love isn't for him. The young dragon, surrounded by mares, know that none will become his one. Yet it's often when we stop chasing something that it comes to us. Twilight and Starlight pine for the same heart, devising a game for it to win it.

Twilight and her friends take a vacation for one week but they need to keep their school running during that time. So they decide to have their moms to take their jobs as teachers. They will give the Students Of Friendship the best week in such a long time.
