But Yamato's return has stirred up the ocean floor, and creatures never before seen rise from the Abyss to claim the oceans as theirs.

Will Yamato wield her cannons in defense of the innocent life of Equis? Or will she turn her 18' turrets on those who would prevent her from returning to her previous life? The Crystal Heart has been broken, and the ancient evil imprisoned inside has been released from the crystal prison, surely to wreak vengeance on those who had imprisoned her. The Mane Six are right on the scene and prepared for an inevitable fight to defend their homeland and loved ones.

Only for Luxure, the goddess of lust who was trapped in the heart, to give up almost instantly.

Very bewildered, the Mane Six question the supposedly evil goddess why she would do this.

Kind of my attempt at a deconstruction of typical MLP villain ambition and behavior. Also considered my return to trying to write as I've been out of it for a while.

Alternate Universe tag obviously for the inclusion of an OC, and the fact that "The Crystalling" doesn't happen in this continuity. Sex tag for minor sex jokes and implications.

Given a unique perspective on negative emotion, less than a foal's knowledge of ordinary magic, a healthy schadenfreude, and danger bearing down on all sides, the self-proclaimed "Weiss Noir" makes no plans accounting for his death, and plans to keep it that way, even after being torn away from earth, turned into a unicorn, and dumped into one of the most inhospitable locations and times in all of Equestria.

Stranded in the Frozen North, a place where biting cold ends lives, and one thousand years in the past, in a time when peril is the norm, rather than the exception, Weiss decides to indulge in sorcery most foul, stolen ideas, and human ingenuity to survive.

Given the choice between a mad slaver and a mad sage, however, there is no avoiding an inevitable tide of ponies escaping the conquered Crystal Empire to bask in the warmth of his well-stoked hate. Something which draws attention, enemies, and most worryingly, the rivalry of his "peers".
