A stallion goes back to Ponyville after ten years and finally has a reason to leave life behind after the passing of his late father. He prepares for his finally goodbye. Pinkie Pie tries to help, but discovered that with all her efforts of joy and happiness, this was not something even she could fix.

A group of friends on a road trip to California for the summer, their trip goes takes an interesting turn when get lost after they stop to rest. One wrong turn onto side streets and soon they find themselves somewhere in the middle nowhere, only to discover the town of Ponyville and some unhappy ponies. Their vacation is going to have put on hold, but they can't wait to get back on the road.

Trixie has been defeated, her only hope is to travel west. She hopes to find new ground to settle and rebuild her life, but meets someone who might be able to help her move on and gain the strength she needs to let her past go. What better someone to do that than a human explorer that just happens to cross paths. Nothing is certain when myth meets myth.

While preforming a forbidden trans-dimensional teleportation spell, Lyra accidentally drags her mentor, Princess Luna, to a reality separate from their own. Disrupting the magic of the spell, Luna must find a way back while Lyra attempts to fix her mistake with the only humans who can help her succeed, Andrew Fera and his friends.

They explore what makes humans different, but very much the same.

There are feelings and emotions even Luna can't comprehend. Neither suppressing or embracing her pity, she encounters an Earth pony who has traveled from her hometown just to see Princess Luna for a special reason.

When you've been alone for so long, you start to think. I don't see the world as I used to.

Princess Cadence, Twilight Sparkle, and Rainbow Dash can't remember what happens minutes after teleporting to an unknown location. Their memories are a blur and have difficulty evaluating the situation. They soon encounter something that turns their perception of the world upside down and soon discover they are no longer in Equestria. Their past unfolds and memories resurface, bringing the truth to light one step at a time.

This endeavor put some strain of the lives of three particular humans with problems of their own. They encounter a life changing series of events which transpire into new discoveries and friendships.

Pinkie Pie gives chase to a single balloon that eludes her everywhere she goes. It brings her all over Ponyville in a frantic pursuit to catch the floating party decoration.

When one unbelievable event happens, nothing is considered impossible anymore. For one unfortunate human soul, he must find answers to an unlikely truth to understand just what makes the fictitious, a reality. What is in store for him unfolds one thing at a time, and if he thought it couldn't get any stranger, he might have to rethink his whole life.This misfortune becomes something of an rewarded experience, but this gift can also be his curse.

As for Twilight and Lyra, they are prepared for anything out of the ordinary, ...well almost.
The search for answers is motivated by curiosity and interest that may lead to unpredictable outcomes.
