Twilight Sparkle regains consciousness thanks to Discord only to find she and all of Equestria have been transformed into changelings by Chrysalis, with Canterlot as her new grand-hive. A weakened Discord gives her the help she needs to locate her friends and attempt to snap them out of their brainwashing, while Luna leads the remaining ponies in a struggling but stubborn resistance against the love-feeders. How long does Twilight have before she succumbs to the changeling's hunger again?

I would, however, recommend you try and fix the formatting you've got going on right now, it's a little hard to read.
I recommend having at least one open line between paragraphs, and (because Fimfiction can't handle copy/paste properly) you'll need to indent manually.

If by ship you mean "Discord likes Fluttershy more than everyone else" then I'm on board with that.
It would be neat to see how Chrysalis got them all in the first place, though I think right now advancing the plot is more important. Maybe you could fit it into flashbacks during the "rescue" of each element of harmony? That might slow things down too much, though.

Yeah don't worry I'm gonna try to slip in a little exposition while rescuing the others, but for sure there will be some explanation once the mane six are together. Like I said, don't worry if you don't like Fluttercord, for the most part it will just be subtle things that you can pass off as them being friends if you want. :)

Are there any plans to complete this story? I ask because I am going to favorite this because the plot behind it sounds interesting. HOWEVER, until it is completed, I am going to give it a thumbs down. Because while I may approve of the plot behind the story, I DO NOT approve of the fact that it has been 1 years, 2 weeks, and 6 days since the last update. I mean, I understand that greatness can't be rushed, but needing 385 days in order to update the next chapter means one of three things. A: You've given up on the book (this is the most likely scenario). B: You’re too busy to write any more (this is understandable). Or C: You're dead (this is a scenario with a 50% probability chance, seeing as how people die every day.) If option C makes you feel uncomfortable than that means two things. You are obviously not dead, and I am sorry for having that as one of the three possibilities. Also, don’t give up! Your fans deserve better! I, of course, meant that in the best and most encouraging possible way.
