The story looks entertaining and has a good scoop. Especially the background that the ruling Celestia wants to send support to certain countries to unify them or have a certain level of control over them. (My conspiracy)
I must say that Zuri is an interesting girl, I liked the description. I can tell that these girls may already have a history of nastiness for these things, or at least with the substantially well endowed studs.
I could say that the story certainly hooked me enough to want another chapter.
And another thing I noticed was that the young Midnight does not have that notorious characteristic of his Innocence, as in this "universe" he has some knowledge of sex or at least he feels particularly attracted to girls, either for a Background story that we don't know about Midnight here, or maybe you just wanted to change it.
In any case I like it. I hope there is a match for Midnight if it is the case of what I mention. If you know what i mean?

Ah, thank you for noticing Midnight's shift in personality.
I like to think of his new personality as conservative. He's concious about sex, as we'll see in the next chapter, and he's attracted to girls, but he never tries to know anything about it more than what he already knows. He tries to steer away from any lustful thoughts that his mind might produce. This is somewhat easier to do in Equestria since he's always stuck in the military which at least is competent enough to begin helping other nations (perhaps Shining has more free time to realize Midnight's innocence earlier and explain everything to him). But in Zebrica he isn't in his usual environment and is exposed to a lot of girls who want to get into his pants, or who are either sexy enough to look at or at least more open about the subject.
Zuri is open about the subject, since she mentioned his wingspan and how she was looking at it, but has never explicitly wanted to have sex with him, and more or less wants to be his friend for his journey, somebody he can go towards for help. Tisha on the other hoof might already have her sights on him, and spoilers, she'll be the cause of why three zebra mares will be sharing the bed with Midnight.

Yep. I was thinking about using a trio of other zebras (which Shadowpony300 originally requested, the ones from a picture with Shining), but I don't know their personalities at all. Here, these zeebs are mine, and I understand their personality. Took a few minutes searching names. Zuri as you know means Beautiful and Tisha means Innocent (though this is ironic given her personality).
So yeah, these Zebra OCs are mine. Zuri, Tisha, the King, and a third zebra.

Yeah. It's an open deal. Met Sharaz while they were submitting stories in a contest, then I was able to submit Midnight when they announced Planet of the OCs (a little vacation for their own OC). From there Midnight became part of the gang, and any OC related to him that they wanted to use, like Moonlight from NNN, they can use.
Midnight also has appeared in other stories. Some were submission contests and others people asked me for.
Okay, I had to avoid the comments section for obvious reasons, but leaving that aside. Let's go to history.
This chapter was better in terms of comedy, certainly our protagonist has a very significant change in the way of thinking about him. I can repeat that certainly, before coming to the kingdom of the Zebras, Midnight, he had to have some moderately sexual or slightly committed encounter with something related to the sexual. He left this, due to the fact that he tries at all costs to avoid his "lustful state" as if he knows that he can hurt or is too powerful for him since he is out of control or out of control. .
That would explain all his attempts to control himself even in the most difficult moments.
At the moment I'm more caught up in the backstory, what will happen to the King of the Zebras, and the role that Midnight will play when he meets this King.
