Shooting Star Dash -prideful daughter of Rainbow Dash and Soarin'- studies day and night in order to pass her test at the Weather School. All in order to see to which weather-factory she goes to. When she gets the results of her test however, she is devastated. The young mare has to go to the worst factory of them all. The very place where the heaviest storms of Equestria are made, the dreaded Storm Factory.

I'm gonna read this as soon as possible, it looks great!
I wonder why nobody ever reviewed this...it's years old but I don't care, I'll review it anyway. The only thing that needs work on this is capturing the emotion and the pacing should be slowed down.
This story could easily be one of the better rated ones on fimfiction, While the writing isn't bad and the chapters are sufficiently long, I as the reader should have more of an emotional connection to Star's struggles with being trap and more of an impact in regards to James' death. Like I mentioned in the previous review, the only problems aside from minor grammatical errors, are the pacing and showcasing the emotions better.
Definitely enjoyed the last chapter. Though I can't help but wonder if Shooting Star will ever expose the Storm Factory for what it really is.
