Interesting chapter, certainly was interesting to see that Twilight is still hung up about what happened to RD and hasn't changed her stance on the creature/monster that is roaming around. I don't get why she seems to keep going back to Apollo all the time, I wonder if she is starting to grow an interest in talking to him if only he doesn't automatically nods his head to her just because she said so. I don't think it's a romantic interest all at the moment, but you never know. What I don't get when he arrived in Ponyville, I don't understand why Princess Celestia didn't give her a notice that human would settling in town and ask her to greet him with the best hospitality she can provide him with, so that he can best acclimatize himself to his new environment. And, sense she is also a princess, and Celestia's personal student she could also be trusted with this sort of minor state secret at least. I am guessing that was originally the plan by Celestia, but the accident with RD ruined the introduction with Twilight. I am guessing Celestia could easily get Twilight to change her stance on Apollo and personally present him to her, simply because of how she idolizes her in the first place and that would be easy to start over form there. What I don't get is why so many ponies knows his secret and not gas-up about it to all the rest of Ponyville, except Princess Twilight? I am guessing that the Equestria girls never happened in this universe so she has no idea what a human is, so no Sunset Shimmer. Looking forward to the next chapter then.
He stumbled in from the Everfree Forest after arriving unexpectedly, and getting repeatedly attacked by creatures in the forest. Also, Twilight isn't a Princess yet (I'll make a note of it at the start of the story).
Celestia only informed the ones that helped him escape (six ponies in total). More detail will be given in later chapters though. I'll see if I can put in a flashback sequence on his arrival and subsequent events.

I think this is the first HIE story I've read where a pony assaulting the human doesn't just get off scot-free with an apology and actually reports it to the authorities, nice.
I have only two small issues with this tale.
1. Apollo inability to make up shit, he could've easily told the doctor that his heart rate and teeth are normal for his breed/type of pone, after all he is supposedly from some far away land, so no one could refute it.
2. Celestia doing jack shit, thou this is how she does in the show, but here wouldn't she have done something, granted she helped Apollo but what about Twilight behavior? she surely knows that Twilight and others were in the wrong when attacking human Apollo, yet she did nothing to correct such behavior and avoid such incidents in the future? after all Apollo could've died, and she knew of the traits that couldn't be masked couldn't she helped him somehow? Dunno giving him a document stating such traits are normal for him?
Lastly. yes a third thing, why is Apollo so worried of the Doctors? can they even detect that he's transformed? is it an active spell that can be dispelled by any unicorn? again would't Celestia make sure to prevent such issues? obviously Apollo would go to a doctor at some point.
My only guess is that Celestia plays the chess master and expects Apollo to help Twilight see the light, but that such cliche and frankly stupid idea, but we'le see, im truly curious how you will play Applejack vs Jail arc, will she be simply pardoned by being a Element of Harmony making her above the law? i hope to see soon, keep up the good work.

Your first point, yeah. Apollo wasn't really thinking, but I suppose I could have him claim they're normal after he has his CT-like scan, after the doctor asks him about his 'anomalies'.
Your second point, I'll be doing a flash-back chapter at some point that should explain a few things.
Your third point I'll try to cover in the next chapter.
I have something in mind for Applejack (but some readers might see it as being a let off).

In my opinion, I don't think a 'comedy' tag is necessary, despite the fact that Applejack f*cked up and Twilight's being rude, vain and dumb as f*ck. But if you want to add it, then who am I to stop you?
Also, at the last chapter I'm kinda unsure about Applejack's line, "I hardly ever touched him" and "So what, you can't prove I said it", doesn't this breaks and/or destroys Applejack's character and the purpose of the Element of Honesty?

Just because the Mane Six play important roles in Equestria doesn't mean they're immune to the law. Like those around them, they are still civilians and will face time if they do a crime.
And I don't think a Comedy tag is needed since I don't find anything amusing at this time. If there was something that can make the readers laugh, go for it.
