This was a good story.

Fear not, the dark, my friend. And let the tears of unkempt sadness from reading this story begin.

Wow. I was expecting some really high emotion ending that would leave me a little sad. I wasn't expecting just raw loneliness. You captured grief with that one my friend, better than most stories do.

By the name of the history, you were inspired by the new álbum of Mount Erie right?

I could hear her breathing in the night. It was took loud. No mare of your age should be struggling to take in air like that.

Why cant i hold all this feels...

Death is real.

Man, why does it have to be today that I find this. Today my Great Grandmother passed away, and now I find this? It's ridiculous. Anyways, good story, keep up the great work.

I just found this, my mom died 8 years ago in three days. It hits home

Lots of interesting ideas, and I love the way that you focus very much on Celestia remembering inconsequential details – such as the position in which Twilight decides to sleep. It is a very emotionally honest story. But there is also just something about the interaction between the epistolary format, and the elaborate "realist" style of writing which didn't quite work.
