Interesting story idea. Definitely tracking. Keep an eye on your grammar, got a bit carried away with commas in some of the dialogue. Few awkward sentences near the start, as well. Just be sure to go over everything one more time, and perhaps look into getting an editor.

Looking forward to where this is going.

Thanks, I appreciate it! I admit the excessive commas one on that, though. When I use them like that, I intend it to make it sound like they make small pauses when they speak, but it looks like a punctuation mess in the end to me.
And yes, I'll be looking for an editor in the meantime. I can honestly say that I gave one long look at the two chapters and said "It's good enough" then went straight to publishing it.

I got so caught up in writing and reviewing on ponychan that totally forgot that I was supposed to be doing chapter four. I'm a little wary of it after being totally wrong about the quote tag capitalization thing, and possibly some other grammar issues, but I'll start chapter four now. You may also wish to head for the aforementioned forum for further editing. There are some very talented reviewers on the Training Grounds thread in particular.
