Great job here, I really enjoyed how you built up Trixie as a character, only to reduce her to a mere rock in the end. But I feel like the transformation itself was rushed; one moment Trixie was still alive and well, with the transformation presumably just starting, and the next moment it's already over. I think going a little more into detail there would've been nice.
All in all, a really good and dark story (even though it got less dark with the release of "Now Second Prances" ^^)
