'The number of the Riders shall ever be Four'
I missed out 'Conquest' for a reason... he is but a myth to us, even I know not to believe it, Conquest was a fake identity...

Don't you judge me mortal! you have no right! for your information I have much knowledge...!

But the Nephilim kept even this from me, so begone!

No? you want a story I guess?
Fine...
Let me continue(read short description first)
...the figure neither spoke nor moved until he asked me to recount history for him, I did just that, at the end he sent me to guide Death, why? I didn't know, when he sacrificed and I finished my tale he revealed himself as the fifth Horseman...

Desire... and there is peace right now...

But that will all change when Desire is sent on a mission, which I will account for you in these chapters.

(eventual clop, I will mark featured chapters)

Chapters (15)
Comments ( 18 )

It was the biological weapon of world destroyers, plant it in a realm when fully awakened and the populace would wipe themselves out, also when fully awakened it is only loyal to the one who wielded it last, Affliction & Damnation are not fully awakened until Desire takes on the form of the Headless Horseman (his true form=cover art: he gets bigger, green flames appear and imagine he has glowing green lines going through his armor vertically and he has a crown on.)

Desire also has the power to judge souls as he can see how pure their life and intentions, if he wishes to judge a soul he can summon his Abyssal Throne which gives him the judgement, none can disturb his court, not even his siblings or even the Charred Council, his ruling is final and often swift and brutal depending on the person, they expect to see God and they instead see a hooded human damning them or ascending them, it seems like he had much power, but he is not invincible, nearly, close but no cigar as you mortals say, why do you come to me for stories anyway? don't you have your INtranet now or whatever? an old man could do with some peace... anyway onto the real story now.

....
Can't you see ?!
it's written "COOL" all over this introduction, it's so cool you have to imagine it, to get an org***
:facehoof:....
okay you want to write a story about a 5th horseman, why not ?
but please do not make him a total "Death" clone with ultra mega giga power of total anihilation who can wipe out an entire civilization
you got Mary Sue written all over this introduction.

You had an idea that wasn't bad with the Headless Horseman so, try to learn more about the legend to get more inspiration so you can create a 5th horseman who could get some real respect from the others, with a nice backstory, and some powers who doesn't look like they're stolen from the game you're playing right now.

I just read chapter 2 as well, try working on the pace as well, cause you're being pretty fast

I hope they don't try to use powers they shouldn't use by mortal standards good or bad reasons. "twilight so would try.''

Baddass horseman!
we demmand more from thee! Please?

He mus spoon celestia! Hahahaha!

6287302 Yeah yeah, it's a real courting ceremony, forgot where it was practised, the men create beautiful spoons for their crush, they put a lot of time and effort into it, and if she accepts it, lucky you, but the first sword thing was a Nordic courting practise.

6287309 do I hear you`ve done research into this? that's good to hear.:pinkiehappy:
can we expect more soon?

This is a great story and I would love for you to continue this

... Okay, no. The proper names of the four horsemen are War, Pestilence, Famine, and Death (in that order, according to actual midieval records). There are a few variances where Famine was called Conquest, but those aren't backed by recent translationsof the relevant religious texts. Also, if you want to make a fifth horsemen, don't base him on sins and virtues, go for something immutable and unstoppable by an individual no matter how powerful they maybe, like say, gravity, or maybe the void. Desire is fickle and transitory, changing moment to moment, always shifting, changing, the exact opposite of what a horseman is.

6377664 The four Horsemen in Darksiders are War, Death, Strife and Fury, the crossover tag is there for a reason, Desire is my idea, and the story is based around him, it makes sense in the Darksiders universe.

Awesome story like it already!

7608823 No, it's just got a bad heart condition. We will revive it in time, but we are currently working on our latest stories.
