It turns out my biggest problems is affording coffee and paying rent. And potions. And spending time injured. And trying to coexist with the rowdiest, most destructive guild. Also Why do I sound so edgy?
I'm tired of being a loser. One day all of that changed, a mysterious player challenged me and I won. Said player happened to be a bored void dweller who was looking for losers like me.
He gave me powers, the powers of Brutalight Sparcake. He then threw me into a broken version of Equestria. He gave me the freedom and power I desired. And I don't know what exactly what I'm going to do...

So he knows MLP? I'm kind of missing a reaction to it then. I mean, how does he take it? Does he like it or not? He probably would have reacted to the name Brutalight too and realized it right there.
Not much else to say, since it is only the first chapter. Anything can happen now, so I'm waiting to see how things will turn out!

You should really try to make this like the series' character, make apple jack somehow turn into Apple pills, etc. it's your choice ultimately, I just think it would be entertaining, probably try and add painis cupcake and the whole group to the mix.

It was a random idea I had a few years displacing someone as a gender swapped version. And I went from there. I'm not sure why I chose THIS character's powers.

I just happened to read "Reflections" few years back, I think the title was of the mlp comic. I never read that many 'Celestia is evil fics' so I decided to make one. With the Alternate world in the comics as a base. My original draft was not like this actually, I just decided to go off the rails with the craziness.

I think that the protagonist took it too easy about the transformation. It's a story with Displaced implemented, comics world based stories are always good Ideas but people do not know much about them. I believe this story is similar to the mirror dimension. Most ponies over here in your story are neutral or a bit chaotic. If you need a bestiary, I have a few of them about DnD, pathfinder and ponyfinder.

Actually I have a plan for that. He's rolling with the punches for now. But Eventually all of the grave injuries and trauma will catch up with him. That and all of the craziness. I'd consider rewriting the first few chapters, but I've got the next few chapters to explain (and add some more questions) on some things.
Also I'm surprised that someone knows about gmod freaks. Also could you put the souls part in spoilers. I have a plan for that also...

Basically, Like PTSD, it eventually catches up no matter what you do. That truly puts some depth in character creation. I missed this kind of fanfics. Would you be interested in doing a story of HiE JumpChain style? in the future of course.

May he develop some kind of dissociative disorder like Pinkie/Pinkamina or it will be explained as one soul/two divide in one body? I remember that example from a movie, the line was “ We don’t call it like that, we believe that he has many souls in one body” to explain what Dissociative Disorder may seem to themselves.

You'll have to read more to find out. But the Elements of Harmony DO exist in this World, nobody really isn't aware yet. More things on this side of the mirror are more alike than one thinks. Dusk doesn't seem like bearer material, but what do you think? Also I hope you're enjoying this little read so far.

i am enjoying the story so far and im just speculating becasue he did show up rather suddenly and with the world the way it is the bearers for this world would proberbly be all different from the originals and seeing how the other charicters act the best i can guess is dusk, derpy and trixie are likly candidates for the elements along with pinkie and thunderlane being a maby. as you said the two side of the mirror are similer so a new pony moving to town to learn about frendship and the sorts seems to be what main twilight and dusk have in common. im not saying that im sure im saying he mirrors twilight of the main world in a way that would fit the distortid world he has found himself in. also the elements have proven they work in weird ways so its not out of the question the elements might detect or something that there isnt a pony to weild the last element so it could have dragged him ther for that. There is the possiblity in this world the elements might have had diffrent creators and since he has chaos magic to a degree it isnt out of the question for discord to have addid his to the elements of this world.
