I'm here for the comedy only...but I would like to point one thing out.
Any girl under 18 would need parental permission for even the original version of the intended event, so it would be a good idea to mention that a permission slip is included as part of the sign up form. Without a parent or guardian giving consent, I can guarantee a number of parents would be suing the school system after this alteration.
With parental permission, well, the promoters that changed the contract become the targets of the parent's outrage.

I'd make a point about how no court would honor such an agreement, but the city allowed their school to put on a public event involving almost-naked students, underage-or-near-it.
The concept is so relevant to my interest, I immediately read the predecessor before I read this (well, that and the concept of said predecessor is also relevant to my interest). I certainly didn't get disappointed by either.

Actually, if they are underage and this is happening, technically any student who gets her top yanked off can have her family sue Flim and Flam for putting their child into underage pornography. Since this wasn't part of the original contract when signed, the school isn't liable for it.
Then again, considering junior and senior students were the only ones allowed, they're all probably 16-18, and the age of consent is probably 16 in this world...
