Your story didn't "deserve" anything. THIS story doesn't "deserve" anything. Each individual reader DECIDES FOR THEMSELVES what they like and if the story was given the love and effort to write a story.

Yes, let's start with petty insults that you can not base on anything and just throw out without knowing the person you are attacking. I almost gave up here because frankly, when you insult someone, you are not going for a conversation, but trying to prove a point. Sorry to teach you one of the basics of communication, but that never works. Antagonizing someone never helps them see your side of the story or care about your opinions. I have not "lashed out" at any anyone, least of all my readers whom I value highly, In the comments section of my foalcon fic I said that I was disappointed, because I genuinely was, and that I think people who unjustly go to fics because of their subject matter to downvote them should go fuck themselves. I also mentioned that I understand that the topic was very touchy.
You came to my fic and immediately lashed out at both me and JakeTheArmyGuy. You called my writing shallow with no examples and mostly your message was about how you didn't like the characterization of Diamond Tiara I was using in the fic. Your comment was very aggressive in its tone, just like your previous post here as well. You didn't come in to have a conversation or critique, you just wanted to come vent. I've said it a million times that I'm willing to talk about anything to do with my fics if the other person is civil about it. You were acting very immaturely, both towards me and Jake, so I decided to delete your comment and just excuse it as a bad day so you could save face as well. Here's the actual message:

If I receive five downvotes in under fifteen minutes of posting a 40k word fic, I can be sure that:
A) They didn't read the fic
B) I'm not going to get featured because of the FIMFic system.
