This story is a sequel to Equestria's Mirage
We all have dreams: dreams of the past, future, failure, loss, challenge, and death. To save a friend, Trixie and the mane 5 plus a team of heroes selected by Luna, must brave a world of nightmares and dreams given flesh to bring her back. However, once they see her dreams made real, will she want to leave the past and promises of the future, or will they be able to pull her away from the horrors of fear given flesh.
But what awaits them, will push them to the limit.

Also how did Twi know there was more than one Dream and when did Flutershy and [I forgot her name] make Twi realize she was in a dream. As much as I understood she figures it out by herself when she overheard the guards.

I recognized all of verses from Trixie visions. Of course Lightning Dust was the only one I failed to recognize but as you stated her verse is still in the making. Though there is currently verse where she's the bearer of laughter.
Also one thing I wonder if this is alternate universe? Because otherwise you have failed a perfect opportunity to link the Lunaverse with you story. In "Crisis of Two Equestrai's" (Lunaverse story) the Lunaverse characters met their main verse characters. But also Trixie met them. In otherwords Trixie knows her Lunaverse counterpart and that her counterpart is the element of magic. So I guess I must assume this is an alternate universe.

I haven't read crisis on two Equestrias just yet and I don't like to use story elements that I haven't seen when I write.
