There's a man who works at my job in the basement.

He says his name is Derek. Not many people like Derek. People say he's weird and tends to lie. Derek says he was tricked and isn't supposed to be here at all.

He also says he used to be the Chaos King back home.

And here I just wish he'd stop screwing around with the coffee in the breakroom.

"You forgot yourself, Twilight Sparkle. You fell into the infinity of knowledge and let everything you ever were get washed away with every word you read. You can't even hear your loved ones calling out to you, and your friends. Don't worry, though, you have one friend that can reach you. Even if you don't think of me as one yet."

A world without chaos.

Such a place sounds absolutely lovely on paper, does it not? No unplanned events, no unexpected inconveniences, no unpredictability. Everything that a pony plans, they'll be able to do without being so much as a minute behind schedule. Surely, for ponies like Twilight, the ones that live and breathe off of organization, that kind of world sounds absolutely perfect for her. However, when chaos actually does disappear due to... things, it becomes very clear to her, and the rest of Equestria, that such a world is not an ideal one. In fact, it's grossly boring.

Fortunately—or unfortunately—there just so happens to be a lovely spirit of chaos who knows exactly what to do: Simply bring the chaos back. Of course, since he himself lacks his chaotic power, he'll need some help from a certain begrudging purple alicorn.

What could possibly go wrong? Neither of them know. After all, what's chaos without a bit of unpredictability?

One night, while checking the book for any new letters from Sunset, she finds a sorrowful confession. Meanwhile after the events of Rainbow Rocks the Dazzlings have gone their separate ways.

He didn't deserve another chance after what he did, but he got one. He got the forgiveness he never expected, from the last pony he ever expected to get it from. In gratitude to her, he writes her a letter, thanking her and her friends for everything.

His mind and heart laid bare both to himself and those who read it. He has the freedom he truly wanted.

But you know what? Just a letter isn't enough. No, he must tell her himself.

What if it was something small, unnoticeable, like a single skin cell out of place. But because of that one skin cell, you're now out of the loop of reality. You won't even feel yourself shifting ever so slightly, all you'll feel, is what you want to feel. You'll feel like those cells have always been there, and you won't even percieve yourself changing. It'll be reality. But not the true reality, your reality.

Another RP that I thought should be edited into a proper fic. Once again, I controlled Applejack, and my good chum Castoro Chiaro played Discord. You guys should totally send her a message saying her Discord is rad.

Tirek continued to laugh, mocking him, mocking them, and Discord felt an anger like no other burn him up deep inside. He shook with rage and just focused his gaze on the ponies and the little dragon in the cage. Blue eyes met crimson and that's when a yowl tore from Discord's throat.
