Some believe that it comes at first sight. Some believe in arranged marriages and love coming after. Sadly, some believe that it doesn't even exist at all.

For Pinkie Pie and Rarity, that was not the case.

Love came from a flirtatious friendship, and talking. Lots and lots of talking.

I'm... not sure what happened. I remember the unicorn guy, what was his name? Starmswill the Tearded? I don't know, names are kinda off for me right now. So anyway, there I was with this unicorn then, BOOM! I found myself in the middle of his laboratory, albeit ruined.

Bit strange, isn't it?

So I started to walk, following this odd looking stripey thing, and found this cute little town. Seriously, it's utterly adorable.

And that's when I saw her, the lovely Celestia... ah, it sends my gears a flutter! Although I don't know who the blue alicorn is... or the lavender one... wait, I don't know anyone here apart from Celestia!

Everypony enjoys myths and ponytales, even if they know such things aren't real. Alicorns fighting against a spirit of chaos? An ancient princess trapped in a library under a tree, waiting to be found? Quite enchanting and fantastic tales yes, but nonetheless as fictional as Daring Do and other such stories. At least, that's what Rarity used to think.

Rainbow Dash decides to overlook the humdrum in her job as weathermare with some extreme fun in the snow, but instead comes across Pinkie Pie doing something less extreme. With nothing else for pastime, Rainbow, for secret reasons, joins her in a seemingly boring activity that will teach her more than mere ice skating lessons.

Unfortunately I do not have any prereaders or editors for this one, so I am sorry for any mistakes you may find. I'm trying hard to detect them all by myself.

Do not draw conclusions just yet. I dont want people to think this will just end in another "cupcakes" because it will not.

Pinkie starts having nightmares and she cant get rid of them. She is dreaming about herself, or better put some kind of herself, torturing her friends. Not being able to stop these nightmares she slowly descends into madness.

Luckily, she has her friends who are always there for her. But are her friends save from her?
