Don't care about shipping, but it's good to see a story about skating up here. Your understanding of the sport seems decent too.
I loved RD's overconfidence. Reminds me of my first time on the ice.
Just one thing: it's spelt "Axel", not "axle". The capital A is important, as it's named after Axel Paulsen.
