Through the workings of an ancient scroll, the world of ponies is transported to another universe. Will this cold, heartless, and uncaring void be the end of ponies everywhere? When chaos overtakes the land and famine strikes the once peaceful land of Equestria, the only source of food left is found on an unexplored island. The island holds many mysteries, being the rumored birthplace of Discord. Six ponies find their way through the island, but they are not alone. Separated in this new territory, friendship will be put to the test as the quest for survival consumes loyalty. Relying only on skills and wits, the journey for new life begins in an age of darkness, but there is something standing in the way. In the race for survival, only the fittest will survive, but this time there won't be any friend there to cover up flaws. Sinister hands lie at the center of it all.

This is the story of how me and the Wonderbolts got tangled up with some pirate jerks who were trying to steal Princess Celestia, and then how I almost singlehoofedly blew up the Everfree Forest.

A somewhat aged tale, conceived in the olden days when season one hadn't quite wrapped up yet as a response to all the mopey "Dash breaks a wing" fics that were all the rage at the time, and actually finished about a year later. Enjoy, and don't mind the embarrassing pop culture jokes or the rough spots where canon's been throwing rocks at it and leaving pockmarks.

This story is a sequel to The Rainbow's Surprise

On the day of Fluttershy and Rainbow Dash's wedding, Princess Celestia left Twilight a message saying that she should prepare herself if something happens. The next morning, Twilight awakens to find that all of Ponyville has succumb to a blinding fog. She must now travel a monster-filled town in search for her teacher and friends and try to return Ponyville back to the way it was.

After seeing the scene between Rainbow Dash and Derpy, I thought "Wow, these two could have their own series of short cartoons, they work so well together."

But since the Hub is so busy with general awesome episodes of MLP, I decided to take my thought and put it in writing.

I'm going to write a collection of short fics in which Dash and Derpy have their own adventures. There may be laughs, there may be tears, there may be a breaking of the fourth wall. But the one thing that is certain is that there will be FUN.

The CMC, a small, raggedy group of smugglers working for the Apple family, are caught red-hoofed by an Imperial patrol. As the friends fight for their lives, they learn about themselves, each other, and the world they now reside in.
Meanwhile, in Canterlot, Emperor Blueblood has amassed a massive fleet and is preparing to smash what is left of the rebellion under the oppressive hoof of his Empire.
