Discord has made many mistakes. The one he regrets most, is his betrayal of his friends to Tirek. But that is not his worst mistake. Long ago, before he was originally turned to stone, Discord found a baby human. Discord raised him to be evil, and bestowed upon him the power of all things dark. Discord succeeded, in fact too well. Too evil even for Discord, he had no choice but to seal the human away. But now the bindings are broken, and he is free. And he WILL have his revenge.

After hundreds of years of a devastating, crippling war, the ponies of Equestria find themselves without a princess and in total chaos. The government of Equestria needed a way to keep the ponies at peace, so they create a special robot unit to keep the ponies in check. But the Robots are not quite so peaceful. Murder. Families being torn apart. The government refuses to believe that their Robot Units are really so bad. A revolution is started, but can never get the chance to really show the government what they can really do. But one Robot Unit and one Mare will change all of that.
And a secret threatens to change the ponies' existence forever. (Note: this is an UNEDITED COPY!!!)

In the midst of the hunt for the Master Control Nanites, Rex discovers that Black Knight has been working on a secret project involving alternate universes. What has Black Knight found that warrants such a change in priorities, and what impact will it have on the war? The answer will decide the future of two worlds...

This story may contain spoilers regarding Generator Rex, up to and including the season 3 finale. A basic knowledge of the show helps, but the relevant points are explained for those who haven't seen it before.

A/N: This is based on the Koala patches of the indie game Starbound. The game has since seen a full release and things have changed. These changes will be nodded to, but otherwise do not appear in the story.

Princess Twilight Sparkle is given the honor of being the first pony on all of Equus to engage in interstellar travel. Her mission: to explore unknown space, discover new planets, find new life, boldly go where nopony has gone before, and report back her findings five years in the future.

Things go wrong during her flight, and she soon finds herself stranded above a planet many worlds away from her home, with no fuel and dwindling power. If she wants to survive, she has to gather resources from the planet below. She slowly starts to develop her survival skills, but along the way, she encounters a friend who can help.

Jack Thomas, a "human" from a planet called "Earth," happens to be exploring space as well, and he seems to have a head start in figuring out where exactly she's at. Together, the two of them set out to find a way to return Twilight to her home.

Loki stands on the verge of conquest. His enemies are scattered; their greatest weapons are powerless to stop him. Very soon the Tesseract will open the doorway to an alien army bent on overrunning the planet. Everything has fallen perfectly into place for Loki to bring humanity to its knees.

But when a twist of fate radically alters the events which unite the Avengers, the impending battle for Earth is cast into a little world, an equine world. Now a group of remarkable yet dysfunctional individuals must learn from six colorful ponies that the greatest of teams are forged by the power of their friendships.
