After catching a glimpse of what mankind can do to those it deems enemies, Celestia captures an innocent bystander, Josh from accounting, and demands that he tell her EVERYTHING.

The Cutie Mark Crusaders' plans for an afternoon of crusading are interrupted by a school assignment to write a report on nature. They've heard other ponies talk about "the birds and the bees" and decide to ask their sisters and the rest of the Mane Six for their help on the subject.

Needless to say, the answers they get should make for a very interesting report!

Celestia had a problem. Somepony wrote a novel about Nightmare Moon's rebellion. This made Luna quite unhappy, and unfortunately for her sister, Luna has not yet gotten the hang of modern traditions like freedom of speech, the abolition of the death penalty, and not bothering Princess Celestia when she's trying to sleep.

Fortunately, Celestia also had a faithful student, one who is now a Princess with an ill-defined portfolio and perfectly capable of dispensing justice by the laws of both today and one thousand years ago.

Now Twilight Sparkle has a problem.

The common household Sweetie Belle has many uses and applications. Here are a few of them.

The year is 1109. Long under the rule of the royal sisters, Equestria is in the midst of an economic boom. TD Harrison Powell, the human first seen in No, I am NOT a Brony, GET ME OUTTA EQUESTRIA!!! is drafted by Fluttershy to go into the Everfree Forest after one of her missing chickens. Little does he know that what he finds there will change him forever...

Of all the days to be late to school, it had to be the one with the field trip Sweetie Belle had been looking forward to all month! And she would have made it too, if it weren't for a brief argument with the laws of gravity and inertia...

Now she finds herself stranded in a strange new world... one full of magical talking ponies, princesses, and a version of herself she could have never imagined. How will she cope? Will it be a wonderland, or just a really bad trip?

(Rated Teen - sex for some adult humor / teenage situations, rather than actual "content". Also I'm pretty much ignoring "Equestria Girls" beyond setting considerations)

Long ago, before the banishing of Luna, Equestria was home to six races, not just three. In addition to the stewards of the weather, the earth, and of arcane magics, there were also the Changelings and their Queens, the harvesters, but not thieves of love, who spread it across the land, the Fel Ponies, those who guided the souls of the dead, and finally, the Noctus Ponies, or bat-ponies, who helped guard the night.

For a time, harmony between the six was maintained in full, but over time this once proud family grew distant. The Changelings became corrupt and greedy, and the Fel Ponies began feeding upon dark magic. The former left the lands and the latter were banished to Tartarus.

At that, only the Noctus Ponies remained... the strangest and most misunderstood of the three, due to their need for blood. A steady fear of them had always remained among of the populace, but with the help of Princess Luna, their reputation remained noble. However, when she became tainted by the Nightmare, they became tainted as well - at least in the eyes of the populace.

They were forced to flee. To hibernate for many years.

Now, two years after Luna's return, her, along with Princess Celestia and Twilight, have begun turning the wheels of change: their goal to unite the six races once more - starting with those who helped watch the night.

The minions of the night will return in full force.

Novel Tale is an author that's been living in Canterlot for about ten years now. That's a pretty good track record for a changeling. He's even included a changeling character in his latest book, and his fans have been loving his take on such an obscure mythological creature, especially his biggest fan, Twilight Sparkle. Things are looking up!

Then an army of changelings from another hive attacks Canterlot.

Now all of ponykind knows that changelings are real, and his readers are sure to realize that the changeling in his book was too similar to the real thing to have just been based on a myth...
