Red Team had been given an assignment. It wasn't the usual sort of assignment. They were assigned to defend their base 'until further notice'...and then never received notice. All announcements sounded pre-recorded, and enemy assaults were few and far between. The enforced inactivity was slowly fraying the bonds of the team...

...until something unexpected arrived. A tiny creature appears one day in their fortress, in need of compassion and care. Somehow, she finds that in this group of strange individuals, as she becomes their baby.

One thousand years ago, a girl named Violet (renamed Chaos Jenny), was killed...

She lost her friends, and decided to honor their memory by completing a promise to go to Comic-Con as Chaos Jenny. But as she was going, a mushroom cloud forced her to make a deal, and now lives in Equestia.

She was later killed by Celestia and Luna, but A.I.'s never truly die.

Present day, the CMC stumble in on a secret base of a long forgotten foe. What will happen to Equestria when this metal demon repairs herself? Will they be ok? And will the Elements be able to stop her?

All this demon has is a living toy named Robotboy.

Cole Light was a star student. His world was destroyed, and was taken to present day Equestria as the person he dressed as.

Everyone knows the saying, 'No good deed ever goes unpaid', or something along the same length. In my case, however, when I discovered this odd guy kidnapping people at a Comic-Con and tried to stop it, said payment ended up with me in a world where everything's pastel-colored, and it's a virtual race of me against the world as I try to find all of the Great Kanohi scattered around the country. Oh, yeah, and for some reason, I'm now techno-organic, and I have to work with technicolor ponies to find Kanohi all around the world that grant me new forms of Toa.

My version of Lauren Faust ending up in Equestria. I probably got her character all wrong. Hey, I never met her, cut me some slack.

So, Lauren Faust is Queen of Equestria in this story. How will she react? How will everypony else react? And what does Pinkie's chimicherrychangas have to do with all of this? One thing is clear already. For Twilight and her friends it won't be the same.

Added AU tag, 'cause someone mentioned it would be safe. And when I think about it, I don't think we ever get to learn who the princesses parents are.

Just a note, this is set during season two. So the events of "A Canterlot Wedding" haven't happened yet.

Is she Nightmare Moon reborn or is she simply a doppelganger with a soul and mind of her own? Can Twilight Sparkle protect Nyx from those who refuse to see past her dragon eyes and black coat?
