Mike Patterson is a world renown rock climber whose life's goal is to climb to the top of Mt. Everest what happens when at the end of his climb there is an explosion that sends him to a new world and in this new world is populated by strange creatures with the ability to use magic, control the weather, and fly. Not to mention the size of their breast.

Luna comes to Twilight for help in learning about friendship. However, this leades to her falling in love with her sister's student. However, deep within her mind, Nightmare Moon is starting to crawl out again and with an approaching Solar Eclipse to aid in her growth of power, will Twilight be able to conquer Moon through her love or will the Nightmare be free and the night last forever?

Lives will be changed, Friendships will be tested, loves will be lost and when Nightmare rises, Equestria will never ever be the same.

This is my first story I am going to post on here. I have posted others stories before including My Little Pony. This one will be teen' related but a seperate series is to follow this one but with a seperate link and somewhat alternate chapters as well/

Years before the return of Nightmare Moon, a group of scientists from Canterlot started a project they called Project HIVE. They worked in secret, and never reported to Princess Celestia. Celestia herself was unaware of such project until a couple days after the events of the Royal Wedding. Fearing something wasn't right, she and her sister send a group of loyal guards and scientists to discover what they can about the project. However some secrets should never be revealed.

It's been a thousand years since anypony has seen the sun.

A thousand years since Celestia's name has been spoken, and all memory of her warmth and light has faded away into the night. The sun goddess of old had been killed during a coup by her sister, Nightmare Moon.

In this world of unrelenting darkness, three ponies find a ray of light. Hope.

The Frozen North. The Crystal Empire. Both were names for the arctic land north of Equestria. During the Final War, the Empire had tried to help Equestria in the beginning. Then, as it escalated, the Empire withdrew it's support, instead favoring isolationism. When the balefire bombs finally dropped, the Empire did not go by unaffected. As the fallout turned the once beautiful snow into a death trap, the citizens had scrambled to try to build some form of safety.

The result were massive, dome shaped structures called Habs. These Habs housed entire towns of ponies and are located in the old world ruins of said towns. They are sealed from the outside world in an effort to keep the radiation out. It isn't foolproof, however. Leaks occur and ponies die before it's plugged. The simple need to wear full radiation suits and gas masks to just travel outside has led to some isolation between Habs. Life is hard in the North.

Snowbank and Snow Angel, brother and sister respectively, are two crystal ponies from the Dreaded Snow Hab. Sent with a message for another Hab near the ruins of the Crystal City, the siblings will be faced with the hardships that the arctic wasteland has to offer. Can they get the message to the Hab and get home or will the Wasted North have a different plan for them?

Laughing Stock is a standup comedian from Canterlot who is having a difficult time with life as of late. He hops on a train to Ponyville in hopes that small town life will help him get a better perspective on things. During the journey, he meets a mare who offers to help him find what he is looking for and some things that he doesn't expect to find. During his trip, he realizes that while accomplishing your dreams is a fantastic feat, having nopony to share them with makes life's long journey pointless.
