After a string of defeats at the hands of Earthrealm, Shao Kahn decides to target somewhere else for a change, if nothing else for a bit of a morale boost. Finding a realm full of technicolor marshmallow ponies, he figures it would be a good way to let off some steam.

He may have slightly underestimated them.

The Kerbals have conquered the solar system. They think. At least, they're pretty sure that they have almost 90% of it covered. Possibly.

Bored of sending titanic landers and massive rovers to moons and planets, the Kerbal Space Center staff consulted their idea machine; the janitor. "Why not a one of those other glowy orbs in the sky?" KSC immediately began plans for an interstellar ship and consequently fired the janitor because he thought of it first.

Equestria is in for a huge surprise.

They're out of job, out of ammo, and out of New Mexico.

When machine replaced their job, they retaliate the only way they could. Shoot 'em all. Like any other plan made by their helmeted friend. It backfires. The flames burned them to another problem, and another land. A land that shares similarities to their Badlands. Dead trees, scorched sand, and exchange of gunfire. Equestrian Wasteland.

There, they walk a road to intervene an old grudge. The same hatred that sent the realm they reside into the hellhole it is now.

Space. Long has ponykind marveled at it from the ground, and from the air. But never has anypony ever traveled there. However, on a night, unlike any other, a sequence of events will start that will lead to one of the most fundemental questions ponykind has ever asked being answered.

Are we alone? Does Equus hold the only life in the universe?

And the answer?

A resounding no.

A crossover between Kerbal Space Program (Or at least my take on that universe) and the Nyxverse, which was written by the fantastic author Reality Check.

Jebediah, Bill and Bob are three Kerbals, part of the Kerbal Space Program. They have endured many missions throughout the Kerbol system and are about to try out the new warp drive the Research and Development team has created.

After arriving at the ship and starting the warp drive, something malfunctions and the drive stays active far longer than it should. Instead of a 1.65 minute burn, it goes on for 2 weeks!

When it finally stops, they find themselves far away from home, and on a collision course straight into an alien planet with no means of diversion.

Will Jeb, Bill and Bob survive, and if they do, what will they find on this strange new planet. Trust me, they are in for a shock!

When the merry bunch of misfits from B-Company get transported to Equestria, what's the first question that comes to mind? What happened to them? Where are they? What will they do? What will happen to them? For them, none of these questions will be their first. Instead, their first question will be: Where did Marlowe go?

This story takes place immediately after the end of Battlefield: Bad Company 2, and for those of you who have not played the game, the prologue has a basic description of the characters and the story behind the aforementioned game.
PS: The tagged characters may not be all prominent ones, but they all represent who each of the squad would most resemble in Equestria.

Ork Nob 'Eadsmasha and his boyz were having the time of their lives: hijacking vehicles, stomping Chaos 'umies, making noise, everything a good ork could wish for.
