Rarity is the most beautiful mare in all of ponyivlle, the most feminine Element of Harmony and the sweetest, most wonderful being, Spike has ever laid eyes on.
But she has a secret. A secret that she has to share with him tonight.
What if Spike finds out soemthing he would have never expected?

Rarity (male) and Spike (male) one-shot scene, based on a forum dialogue, I had a short while ago.

Spike heads out to ask Rarity to go to the carnival with him as good friends. As usual, things don't go they way he hoped. And not in a bad way.

Sometimes things can turn into something better, for reasons only another knows.

Consumed in filling an order, Rarity forgets to secure a date for the Hearts and Hooves Day Social in Ponyville. Putting emergency procedures into place, she scours Ponyville in search of a stallion to take her to the dance. This is a light-hearted story meant for fun for Hearts and Hooves Day

Usually, we feel alone when we're by ourselves. But sometimes, the loneliest place is in the middle of a crowd. Spike has to get away, and he needs somepony to talk with him so that he can get through the evening.

It's Hearts and Hooves day and Spike has finally discovered the courage to ask Rarity to be his special somepony. How will it go? Will he be shot down like so many times before, or is something else brewing that even Spike couldn't have imagined?

These past months had been absolutely terrible for spike...
Spike has bottled up his emotions for long enough.. As a storm hits ponyville, spike is stuck with rarity alone and that's where spike decides to release them...

Spike has to face facts: he and Rarity can never be. As he pours his heart out to the one he loves, she has no other choice than to respond with the cold hard truth.

Just a little thing I wanted to write, it's been in my mind for so long now, and I thought this would be best as a very short story. Enjoy!

Rarity falls in love with a dreamboat she calls the stallion of her dreams. In a haste to get married and have a happy ending, she creates a love potion that will cause the second drinker to fall in love with the first drinker. When things go wrong and Spike drinks the potion before Rarity does, Rarity drinks and then instantly falls in love with Spike. Can Spike figure out what's going on and stop this?

Edit 4/4/16: These chapters are very short, but keep in mind I wrote this a long time ago, back when I was experimenting with chapter length. Anyway, proceed with reading.

When a pony calls Rarity old, she takes some berries that will make her younger, but the results are not as she planned.

Spike finds out to his dismay that his love for Rarity may be nothing but a mere fantasy. With the help of Twilight, he soon finds a way to cope with life's harsh realities.
