It's Dinky's birthday, not only that this year she got her cutie mark, she's really growing up. Her mother couldn't be happier, right?

So why does Ditzy find herself feeling a little maudlin as she thinks about her daughter and what the future might bring. Could she be growing up to fast? Will there be a day when she doesn't need her mother any more? Could that day be just around the corner?

A Lunaverse story

After the events of Boast Busters, the Great and Powerful Trixie is in a fit of rage and desperately wants revenge on Twilight Sparkle. When she stumbles upon an old teleportation spell, she plans to surprise attack Twilight to carry out said revenge, but instead ends up in the private chambers of Princess Luna. What starts as an accidental intrusion soon becomes much more to the both of them.

Fluttershy is used to nursing critters of all sorts back to health. When she comes across a broken showmare, however, it will take all her patience and care to help the other pony. Especially when Trixie begrudges her help every step of the way. Can she get through to her? And can Trixie learn that she doesn't need to stand alone to stand strong?

Applejack has always been a patient pony; it came with being a farmer. So when the farmer found herself falling head over hooves in love with her best friend, she was content to wait for the right moment to tell Rainbow Dash how she felt.

But now time is running out, and Applejack is left scrambling not to find the perfect time, but any time at all.

When Rainbow Dash makes some changes to the Ponyville Weather Crew's weekly team meetings and implements a snack duty rotation, a certain clutzy pegasus finds herself with some major problems -- The main one being the fact that she can't cook to save her life.

With her scheduled snack date fast approaching, poor Derpy has no clue what do, other than fail miserably and get laughed at, as per usual.

Fortunately, it's Thunderlane to the rescue!

A day in the life, and a glimpse into the mind, of Ponyville's favorite mail carrier and single mom. But if she had the choice of any one day for everyone to read about, it probably wouldn't be this one...

Two Trixies. One tires of her shows being nothing more than smoke and mirrors and wishes for real magic. The other just wants to be appreciated and accepted.

Each Trixie has what the other desires, so when they get the chance to trade places with each other, they of course take the chance. Will they truly be happy with their new lives, or will their exchange take a sudden bitter turn?

For Derpy Hooves, it seems like every day gets worse than before. Her whole life she has been seen as nothing but a rolling disaster. She's seen as a clueless, quirky, messed up pony, simply due to her walleyed disability. How can she possibly hope to erase the stereotypes she was assigned? For Derpy, it's impossible.

Impossible, that is, until she chances into a certain purple unicorn. Will this meeting be yet another failure, or could it be the opportunity she's been looking for, and how could that opportunity affect her life?

With two of her friends, Raindrops and Cheerilee, by her side Trixie returns to Oaton to confront a corrupt Lumber Guild. But how much of Trixie's past reputation with the town is genuine and how much was drunken delusion and ego-driven lies? And does she have what it takes to be a hero for real this time, or will ego and doubt get in the way?
