Ponyville's chief librarian has everything she wants: her books, her studies, a faithful dragon assistant, and the opportunity to go visit Sugarcube Corner on a beautiful afternoon, hanging out with the best friends that a young unicorn could ever ask for.

And yet, in spite of all this, Twilight has the distinct feeling that something is missing...

Cold. Snowy. A blanket that didn't deserve the title, seeing that it gave off absolutely no warmth. That's the condition I found her in. She would have stayed that way too. I keep telling them, it was fate.

Celestia said it herself, that Twilight Sparkle is no longer her student. While wandering around in the city of Canterlot one day, Her Highness stumbles upon Trixie's local stage show. To Her Highness, there seemed to be much potential behind the mere performer's act, and soon found it hard to resist taking Trixie under her wing.

Rainbow Dash has never had the best imagination. Sure, from time to time she drifts off into a detailed daydream about the wonderbolts, and sometimes envisioned herself with Daring Do going on adventures, but her imagination never really went further then that. When two individuals claiming to be from a far away place come and teach her how to harness the power of imagination, Rainbow Dash never sees the world the same way again.

Crossover with Land Before Time. The Rainbow Faces were the whole reason "Stone of Cold Fire" was the best one.

This story is old. REAL old. "Two years old" old.

A green pony has appeared in Ponyville, and though he slowly adjusts to a life in this town, he is tormented by a past that he can't remember, not to mention the few months he can. As the Mane Six help him find out who he is and who he once was, he begins to wonder whether or not this search for answers is truly worthwhile.
