Princess Celestia always thought she knew how her kingdom worked. The Unicorns used magic specialized to their jobs. Pegasi flew in the sky and handled the weather. And Earth ponies... Earth ponies... uhhmmm...
Huh. Maybe Princess Celestia didn't know everything about her ponies after all.
Princess Celestia realized this after Applejack came to speak with her about a tax unfair to Earth pony farmers. It was during their conversation that Celestia realized she needed help.
Huh, isn't that odd Princess Celestia has had to leave on emergency business, leaving Luna to raise and set the sun? And hey, is that a new pony living and working at Sweet Apple Acres? I think her name is Sunshine Meadow. Surely, it's just a coincidence. Surely.

Did you ever wonder what Rarity went through preparing for the Sisterhooves Social race? Wonder no more! Rarity wades through mud, grape juice, egg yolk, and a certain freckled farmer's attempts at encouragement, all in the name of sisterhood.

While we all know how it turned out, you may not know how close Rarity came to calling it quits during the harrowing ordeal. Only love for her sister could help her stay the course.

Love changes relationships, though not to the point where they are no longer recognisable. Twilight loves to go flying with her marefriend, but sometimes... sometimes her marefriend can still be her teacher.

She had decided it didn't matter. She had a cutie mark she never wanted, so she decided to become what was expected of her.
But she never expected it to lead to this. Not to death. She never wanted this karma.
Was there still hope? Could she change?

It has been a week since Sweet Belle has earned her cutie mark, and she's been hanging out with Diamond Tiara and Silver Spoon. The reason why is because Sweetie thinks Apple Bloom and Scootaloo don't like her any more. And what will happen when she tries to get revenge.(Note) The dark tag is for the last chapter. A few days after the Nightmare Moon Incident, Spike awakens to find Twilight acting a little...odd. Or odder than usual anyway. All of a sudden she's being all motherly, sure of herself in ways she's never been before, and even more outgoing.

But…it’s kind of creepy how she just seems to know everypony’s name, or their habits, and even some stuff nopony else should know.

But she's still good old Twilight...right?

Three days ago, the moon eclipsed the sun at midday before setting soon after. Three days ago, a series of explosions rocked the Castle of the Two Sisters and the surrounding village. Three days ago, Princess Luna disappeared without a trace.

Ever since then, the sun has remained fixed in the sky, and all of Equestria has already begun to wither in the resulting heat wave. Princess Celestia refuses to leave her chambers, and the only one who could reliably bring her forth, her sister, is nowhere to be found.

What will it take to bring Celestia back to reason and stability back to Equestria?
