The day is finally here. Princess Celestia and Princess Luna are ready to officially abdicate and pass the thrones of Equestria to Princess Twilight Sparkle.

Twilight herself is nervous. A part of her still isn't sure she's ready for all of this. But with her friends and family there to support her, she will not let all of Equestria down.

And before the night is out, Princess Twilight still has a few surprises up her sleeves.

Unaware of how his image and name have been used, the real Grogar returns to his lair after a long vacation. Naturally, he's not exactly pleased to find out what's been happening while he was gone.

Shortly after her coronation as the new Princess of Equestria, Twilight is visited by a creature she never expected to see in person. What's even more unexpected than the identity of this petitioner, though, is his reason for coming.

Captain Flash Magnus of the Royal Guard is very happy to see his decedent marrying the girl of his dreams, but he cannot wish that he was in his place. Long ago, Flash Magnus had fallen in love with Somnambula, but discovered she loved another and kept his feelings a secret. With the wedding almost here, Magnus wonders if there is a second chance for them and soon finds out his answer upon meeing Somnambula the evening before the wedding.

Not long after moving to Ponyville, Twilight Sparkle has a new experience she was not expecting involving her new friend Pinkie Pie. And while she is open to new experiences, she is still very curious as to how and why this has come to pass. While trying to figure this out, she just might find out new things. About herself, about her friends, and about the puffy haired pink pony on her door step holding a bouquet of flowers.
Set near the end of the first season. After party of one, but before The Best Night Ever. Not a lot of space there, but the season one timeline is a little weird anyway right. My first time writing for Pinkie Pie, so as always creative input is appreciated.
