I still wonder how we manage to be so good at amassing insane amounts of fan art yet so bad when it comes to getting fic, or even bothering to hold contest. And yes those do work, like I hopped over to the AppleDash group, they weren't doing too hot when it comes to new content ether.. then bam Contest and suddenly they have like 15 new stories.

By all accounts this should be one of the most active shipping groups on the site yet it's one of the least.

I love this ship! with and , anyone else ship these?

Ever since I read the Rarijack fic "Swayback Mountain" dated from way back in January 2011 (or maybe older, I don't know, only found it via the Equestria Daily post on Jan. 31st, 2011), I have been a fan of this ship.

I just love the contrast of the elegant fashionista and the hard-working farmer and what makes it even better is that they have so many interactions in the TV show and the IDW comics that it gives this ship a pretty good leg to stand on. It certainly is always fun for me to see their interactions and interpret them in a romantic way.

Here's hoping to many more Rarijack interaction in the near future.

I have no idea how it is that Rarijack manages to be the top ship artwise on Derpibooru but not even a contender here with fic. That disparity doesn't exist with any other ship. I mean seriously, the DashPie and TwiShy groups have more stories.
