This is technically a sequel to "Fixing Up Miss Smartypants", so I totally recommend that you read that first. It's set five years later.

A conversation with Applejack spurs Fluttershy to check up on Twilight's mental well-being. Twilight's reaction to her encouragement, however, is probably not what she had in mind...

After visiting the past in It's About Time, Twilight spends some quality time with Princess Celestia before returning to Ponyville. She then falls into a coma and wakes up where no living pony would ever wish to be, and things only get more complicated when Celestia gets an unexpected visit from herself. Featuring Twilight, Celestia, Luna, The Underworld, and some other alicorn etc.

A mare, trapped in her own mind. What is a day for her like? And what horror could drive such a sweet pony to madness? If only she weren't barking mad, maybe she would tell us. Maybe, she still can.
