It is 1945, nearing the end of World War 2. An army has made it's way to Berlin, and the city has fallen. But this is not the army of the Soviets. This is an army of Equestria, seeking to end the war of attrition by stamping out the human pestilence. Wehrmacht Hauptmann Herman Schott stands atop the Reichstag as the last human in Europe, waiting for the Equestrian to claim him as well. With nothing but the captured flags of conquered nations, a Luger, and some stick grenades, can he make a final tribute to humanity that will not be forgotten?

Disillusioned by the tragic events on Panchaea, Adam Jensen chooses to subsequently end everything and hope that mankind will find a solution to the augmentation debate by itself. Instead of welcoming death however, he finds himself in a strange utopian world filled with pastel-colored ponies.

Unfortunately, this does not mean Adam is allowed any reprieve from morally challenging decisions.

A/N: Deus Ex: Equestria is written in a way that does not confuse people new to the lore too much but feels familiar with the players. This story will feature a vote at the end of several chapters that will affect the direction of the story based on Adam Jensen's actions in the world. Compared to their past heists, this one was going rather badly. It takes an armored truck being driven by their "handler" to get the crew out of this one. But before they could celebrate yet another pile of money in their possession, one of the strangest things happens...

While all of the politicians, scientists, and the military are worrying about the portals that opened up to some kind of alternate dimension, the crew blends in with the crowds of people coming to this world full of "ponies".
But of course, the allure of more heists presents itself even here...

Equestria is no more. A creature of raw destruction has consumed it and not even the combined might of Celestia, Nightmare Moon and Discord could hold it at bay.
