Twilight is called in by Cadance to translate some old books in the Crystal Empire's library. To Twilight's chagrin, Cadance takes the opportunity to try and put her together with Flash Sentry. Twilight is left with no choice but to confront her feelings towards the guardspony.

When Spike finds an old book called, "Gender Bender", Twilight has a sudden urge to cast the spell within it's dusty pages. But she can't do it alone, of course. She invites her friends to see her amazing spell casting, and all is well, until Twilight activates it. When they wake up, there are familiar faces above them. Too familiar, but at the same time different. And as they explore the town, they realize all is not well. For example, Prince Celestia and his brother, Prince Luna rule the land of Equestria.

Derpy finds a letter in her incoming box that is improperly addressed. Unsure of what to do, she decides to read it in order to find who the letter is for.

But today is slightly a bit more exciting than they day of her first flight....

She is off to the one place all Pegasi dreams off.

Soon, all hell breaks lose as a certian somepony steps forward with the truth, throwing Scootaloo into a awkward situation.
