After the assassins sent by a rival Changeling Queen murders the loved one of Queen Chrysalis, she must find a new husband or wife quickly, or be forced into desperate actions for the sake of her swarm before they starve.

After Silver Spoon's father dies, the desperately unhappy filly volunteers for the Equestrian Hunger Games, and Diamond Tiara volunteers too so that she can try and protect the pony that she loves from the other tributes, even if that means that she has to die to protect her loved one.

Rarity finds out that she is in fact a Changeling,and more then that, a member of a Changeling Royal Family,who was sent away for her own safety and so that she should not get spoilt.

After the battle with Queen Chrysalis leads to her death, Princess Celestia is buried in a royal tomb,and after mourning her everypony goes back to their lives. But Celestia is not as dead as she seems.

Celestia and Luna want  to make Twilight into an alicorn. Twilight is not happy because of what being an alicorn would mean for her new life.
