At the end of each year, however, he goes to the Ponyville center and brings out the most important utensil of the entire time-keeping world— a giant hourglass, one that has enough sand to last the entire year.

Now it's that time of the year again.

Things haven't been going so great for Caramel. Simply a foal, without home, his friends were all he had left. Even then, he'd rather be alone...

But when a strange stallion comes and offers him some clarity, he heads off to find answers in one way or another. All starting on the eve of Hearth's Warming too...
