In a snowy land on the edge of Equestria a large, isolated settlement named Extasy sits, perched on the peak of a mountain. Here we find Pistil, a young pony who one day saw smoke on the horizon. Ever since she's been dreaming of what it could possibly mean. Teaming up with the ambitious Mia Moonlight, a they soon find a taboo common interest in the outside world. But their friendship finds trouble as they soon discover that their lives aren't all that they seem.
