Question: Why did you add my story to one of your bookshelves?

Answer: I am in the mood to read different kinds of stories at different times. If I added your story to one of my book shelves, it's probably because I read the summary and liked it, and want to read it later.

It's easier for me then putting them all in the read it later shelf itself, because this way I can do it by category. If I want to read a sad story, I can go to the sad bookshelf. If I want to read a funny story, I can go to the funny bookshelf, and so on and so forth.

I reorganize these bookshelves from time to time. Moving stories from one shelf to another, deleting them once I've read them or keeping them if I like them enough.
